TransplantHair is an independent platform that helps users discover, compare, and review hair transplant clinics, with a primary focus on Turkey. We provide a clinic directory, comparison tools, cost and graft calculators, educational content, a patient community, and a guided head scan consultation feature that lets you capture photos and send them to clinics you select.
All information on TransplantHair is provided for educational and informational purposes. We do not endorse any specific clinic or medical procedure and are not a medical provider.
When you create an account, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Our guided head scan is a facilitation service only. When you capture photos and send a consultation request, you authorize TransplantHair to store your photos temporarily and transmit them, along with your contact details, to the clinic(s) you select via secure email.
You are solely responsible for choosing which clinics receive your information. TransplantHair does not guarantee that any clinic will respond, accept your request, or provide medical services. Any relationship, agreement, or treatment between you and a clinic is directly between you and that clinic — not with TransplantHair.
Clinics are independent businesses with their own terms and privacy practices. Once your data is transmitted to a clinic, the clinic's policies govern its further use.
Head scan photos you upload are your content. You represent that you have the right to submit those images (for example, they are of yourself or you have permission from the person depicted). You must not submit misleading, manipulated, or third-party images without authorization.
By using the head scan feature and providing the required consent, you grant TransplantHair a limited license to store, process, and transmit your photos solely to deliver the consultation service you request.
The content on TransplantHair — including clinic listings, reviews, calculators, head scan previews, and blog articles — is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Head scan photos and any graft or cost estimates are illustrative only and do not constitute a clinical assessment.

The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TransplantHair and its licensors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TransplantHair and its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on clinic information, consultation outcomes, email delivery failures, or actions of third-party clinics.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service, including the head scan or consultation delivery features.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes may be communicated through the platform.
