Why clinics join TransplantHair

Patients use TransplantHair to compare clinics by Google rating, package pricing, techniques, and real case photos — often before they contact any clinic directly.

A claimed profile lets your team update package names and prices, refresh gallery images, and correct clinic details without waiting for a manual directory edit.

We do not sell placement in search rankings. Google review scores on profiles reflect public Google data and cannot be purchased or altered.

What you can update after claiming

Pricing packages (min/max ranges and descriptions), profile and cover images, about text and bullet points, technique tags, and contact or booking links where supported.

Patients can still read your Google reviews and browse cases on the public profile. Claiming is about accuracy and control — not removing honest feedback.

How claiming works

1. Find your clinic on TransplantHair or use the link from our outreach email.

2. Click Claim this page and submit the contact form with your work email.

3. We verify you represent the clinic (usually within 1–2 business days) and enable admin access.

Is it free to claim a clinic profile?: Yes. Claiming and basic profile management is free. We may introduce optional verified or promotional packages later; core listing and claim remain free.
How do you verify clinic representatives?: We match your email domain to the clinic website, request proof of employment, or confirm via the clinic’s official phone or social channels.
Can I remove negative Google reviews?: No. Google ratings and review counts come from public Google Maps data. Claiming lets you update pricing, photos, and clinic-owned content only.
My clinic is not on TransplantHair yet: Submit List My Clinic via our contact page with your Google Business profile or website. We add verified listings regularly.
